Contractor Responsibilities
Pre-Installation
- Review the project scope and energy audit recommendations
- Confirm equipment specifications meet DRC requirements
- Obtain all required permits before commencing work
- Coordinate with supervising engineer or architect
Post-Installation
- Submit project completion report within 10 business days
- Provide as-built documentation and commissioning records
- Cooperate with post-project energy audit (1 year after completion)
- Honour warranty obligations as specified in Project Agreement
